Web Site Marketing - Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS® Arachne developed a search engine marketing strategy that has resulted in over 400 1st place search engine rankings for their web site which generates hundreds of targeted customer leads for their members each month. Web Site Development - Automobile Magazine Arachne published a feature rich online version of this monthly magazine including a variety of multi-media and special programming projects. E-commerce - Detroit Auto Show & Graduation Photos Arachne developed multiple web sites that enabled national photography studios to sell photos online. Potential customers received their proofs via email and ordered custom packages online. Projects involved automated integration of images and third party data systems that could be managed by non-technical staff. Digital Multi-Media Services - KISS Arachne web enabled the Psycho-Circus album CD for the rock band KISS. The project included creating the enhanced CD with original animations, sound mixing, web site connectivity, and multiple international versions. Arachne also provided hosting for the band's web site. Web Site Development - Real Estate Multiple Listing Services (MLS) Arachne developed multiple online MLS systems for real estate Boards and brokers which enable users to search on thousand of real estate listings that are updated daily. Various features included multiple photos, email listing subscriptions, calculators, virtual tours, and dynamic maps. Web Site Marketing - FutureVideo Products Arachne developed a search engine marketing strategy that continually brings new targeted potential customers to this California computer hardware manufacturer's web site. They produce non-linear audio/video editing products for the movie industry. E-commerce - Online Course Registration Arachne developed a web site for a continuing education center where students could register and pay for courses online. The tool set enabled non-technical staff to manage all web site content and course information. IT Research Support - National Science Foundation (NSF) Arachne designed and provided the IT portion of the HomeNetToo research project including the development and implementation of the data network, comprehensive user logging software, online surveys, data services, and participant connectivity. Web Site Development - ABC Television Station Arachne created a web site for WLAJ, ABC TV Lansing/Jackson. The web site included interactive TV listings, searchable events, contests, and editing interface for non-technical staff to manage content. Team Publishing and Management Tools - State Wide Organization Arachne created a dynamic database web site with WYSIWYG tool set that enabled this client to manage a several thousand page web site using non-technical staff. The application included numerous special functions including automated calendars, email responders, searchable directories, document libraries, and a secure extranet for member transactions. Web Site Development - Real Time Global Financial Data Software Arachne provided strategic consulting services in planning the structure, management, and online design of this client's web site. They develop real time financial software for most of the largest world banks and investment firms. Enterprise Staff Intranet Arachne developed a secure staff intranet to share mission critical data between approximately 50 regional offices. The project included web enabling a variety of software applications including data mining, searchable document libraries, transaction systems, and team publishing solutions. Application Development - Microsoft Healthcare Users Group Arachne web enabled this global health organization's membership database application. Staff use the application to send emails and attached files to discrete groupings based on a comprehensive search engine tool set. Web Site Development - State Public Health Organization Arachne developed multiple web sites for this organization dealing with various types of cancer and other public health issues. These projects included resolving usability issues, developing usage tracking applications, online survey systems, chat, interactive forums, online voting, and web site marketing. Web Enabling IT Services Arachne assisted this client with web enabling its enterprise scale LAN network systems. The project involved a variety of services including strategic planning, network design, server design, and IT training. Financial Services - Statewide Arachne created an interactive web site to promote member services including insurance, investments, credit cards, and travel programs. Web site features online quotes, news, rep search, and staff content management tools. Health Insurance - Online Management The client provides over 250,000 people with group health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance coverage. Arachne developed a web site with online transaction systems for individual members, group members, and health care providers. Individualization of content for B2C and B2B, staff tools, search contracts, and claims status. Global Healthcare Collaboration - Health Level Seven Health Level Seven develops protocols for electronic data exchange in healthcare environments. Arachne developed a web site designed as a communication system for their global membership. Application features included secure e-voting, e-commerce, libraries, events, newsletters, member directories, group email systems, threaded discussions, unique member content, and staff content editing tools. National Valuation and Litigation Services This California law firm provides consulting valuation and litigation services for businesses throughout North American. Arachne developed a public and secure online document library system and multiple threaded discussions forums for their intranet. |
